The SV2500 is a new type of extraction system, it is designed to work as a dust extractor, chip collector and ventilations system built in to one cabinet. The chip and dust extraction system collects both dust and chips in the conventional way using bag filtration and collection bags mounted in the cabinet. The machine can handle 2,500 M3 per hour flow rate which will deal with up to three machines operating together.
The unique part of the SV 2,500 is its built in ventilation system which takes warm foul air from the machines into the unit and exchanges it with incoming fresh air, giving a warm clean air flow into the workshop, this is achieved by using a heat exchanger automatically controlled giving a constant background heat with clean air for the small workshop. The SV 2,500 can be run as just a ventilation system when the machines are not in use, giving continued fresh air into the workshop.
